now have decorative elements that can be used to customize or improve the look and feel of the document or enrich the sound effects and video.

OpenOffice.org Writer
is no exception and, in the latest version, has raised a host of additional factors of the text, collect them all into a
gallery.
To access this, simply click on the icon that represents a small part, as shown in the picture. Otherwise, it is also accessible from the menu “Tools | Gallery.

Once you open the tunnel, a “showcase” in the formatting toolbar will show all items collected by category. This order allows you to reach all the individual items, ranging from images, buttons, sounds, decorative lines, backgrounds.

If we have recovered beyond a particular point and we intend to save in the gallery for later use, we can operate this way.

With the gallery open, click on
“new topic …”
to access the input. In tab
“General”
give a name to the folder that will contain the new element and then appear in the gallery.

In the tab
“File” load
the file, choosing among those contained in the directory can be opened by clicking on
“Search files”:
Once selected folder derivation, check the preview option, so we will have the opportunity, in the case file image, to display the content in small.

Once you've located the item to be added to the library click on
“Add File”
to insert and display the window.
