Twitter Victorious: La Russa Drops Lawsuit

Baseball manager Tony La Russa has officially dropped his lawsuit against Twitter concerning a fake Twitter account created in his name. We reported on June 5th that a settlement had been reached , according to La Russa, with Twitter agreeing to pay his legal fees. Twitter, however, disagreed – they fired back with a blog post explaining that they had no plans to settle as the St. Louis Cardinals manager had claimed.
